Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki and Energy Work for Healing

We practice the method of Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki, an ancient Japanese technique that connects, and channels the energy flow of Reiki, or universal lifeforce energy, within areas of the body and chakras for stress relief, relaxation, balance and overall sense of well-being.
What To Expect From a Session
A reiki session can use a massage table with props under the head and knees for comfort of the body posture or sitting in a chair. The client remains full clothed at all times. Each person will have a unique feeling when experiencing Reiki energy such as warmth, coolness, gentle pressure, or maybe even tingling. Blankets are placed over the body, for warmth if needed. Traditionally this practice of healing touch is a hands on technique, I utilize both the healing touch and hovering the hands over the body technique for channeling the energy flow as the need presents. Amidst the varied possible responses, Reiki sessions result in calmness, relaxation, improved sleep, and an overall better sense of wellbeing.
Our Process
Before a Reiki session begins, we provide a consultation and assessment of your well-being and energy needs. We will then create a customized care plan and update it based on the organic discovery of any wellness energy connections that needs work.
This care plan will guide your energy healing path and influence your Reiki sessions. I practice this healing modality of energy work treatment using hands-on and hovering techniques.
As a professional Reiki practitioner, I also adhere to, and my practice is guided by the Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki ethical standards of practice.
